I just have to share our big find for the month. Today we met a bunch of wonderful people at the Lone Star Children's Christmas Party. One woman, Karen (Lauren's Gourmet) shared a few of her mixes that she sells off her website. Even my non-GF daughter loved them. The first was her Cinnamon Coffee Cake and all three of us gave it a huge thumbs up. It was truly refreshing to eat GF food that was like non-GF food in taste and texture. The next item we tried was the Chocolate Chip Muffins. Now my big question is...how did she make these taste sooooo yummy?
